Who we are

Vending Finance is a referral marketplace. We connect vending operators with a panel of lenders and finance providers. We are not a lender and we are not a credit broker. We don't lend money, we don't approve finance, and we don't hold your loan. We help you find the right lender and put your application in front of them.

How we earn our keep (commissions)

Lenders and finance providers may pay us a commission or referral fee for pointing you in their direction. That's how a referral business works — it's how we keep the lights on so applying through us costs you nothing. We never charge you a fee to apply.

A commission doesn't change what you pay or which lender we suggest. We match you based on what fits your situation and your vending operation, not on who pays the most. If more than one lender could suit you, we'll tell you about your options.

We can't guarantee a loan, a lend or a lease

Every lender sets its own credit criteria — things like your time in business, turnover, credit history, the equipment, and the deal size. We're not privy to a lender's full criteria, and those criteria can change without notice. That means we genuinely can't guarantee:

• that any lender will approve your application
• a particular loan amount, lend or lease
• a particular interest rate, term or repayment
• a timeframe for approval — it varies by lender

Any figures, rates or repayments shown on this site (including our calculators) are estimates and guides only, not an offer of finance. The real numbers come from the lender once they've assessed your application.

Your application is the lender's decision

When you apply through us, we pass your details to suitable lenders so they can assess you. The lender decides whether to approve finance, how much, and on what terms. All loans are subject to the lender's credit assessment, and their terms and conditions apply. We'll help you put your best foot forward, but the final call is theirs.

Information you give us

You agree to give us accurate, honest information when you apply or contact us. We rely on what you tell us to match you with the right lender. If something's not right, tell us as soon as you can — wrong details can slow things down or affect an approval. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy & Security Policy.

Our calculators, articles and guides are general information to help you understand your options. They're not financial advice and they're not tailored to your situation. For advice that fits your circumstances — including tax outcomes — please talk to a licensed accountant or financial adviser.

We may link to lenders' websites and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Read their terms before you hand over any information.

Things change

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version is posted on this page and takes effect from the date it's posted. It's worth checking back now and then.
